Brinson Strickland

Managing Partner

Brinson Strickland began his career in Nashville as a member of the recording group Pearl River. Strickland moved to Nashville, TN in 1989 landing a national recording contract with Capitol Records as guitar player and vocalist with the group. Three years later, he joined forces with multi-platinum recording artist Bryan White as guitar player and vocalist, while also donning the Tour Manager and Tour Accountant hats for White. Strickland spent seven years performing with White in nearly every conceivable venue, including multiple guest spots on mainstream television programming including the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” the “Late Show with David Letterman,” “Live With Regis And Kathie Lee,” “Good Morning America,” and the “Today” show. All of this while juggling roles as Tour Manager and Tour Accountant on White's tours that included tour packages with Vince Gill and LeAnn Rimes.

In 2001, Strickland became a partner in JAG Management, a full- service Artist Management company. JAG has counted multi-platinum recording artist Brad Paisley, Lyric Street Records' artist Ashley Gearing, and MCA recording artist Josh Turner among the clients on its roster. In 2003 Strickland departed JAG Management to form 262 Five, Ltd with Kyle Gustie.
